Resources: APPEA Journal

The annual conference of APPEA papers are published as an annual journal which is held in the ARRC library.

Although the papers are not indexed in ISI Web of Science they are searchable via the GeoRef database back to 1996.

They are also searchable on the internet via a PESA agreement with APPEA to have their papers on the PESA website – Technical Papers Online http://www.profdocs.com/vollist.asp?orgid=2 . The archive goes back to 1985 and apparently they are currently striving to scan the older journals in order to have a full listing.

The archive includes the abstract and papers are available for purchase. Before using this option please remember that the papers are available at not cost in the library. The link to this site will shortly be available from the Voyager catalogue.

Thanks to Linda Stalker for the information.
